Natural Art Conservation Terms and Conditions
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment and Price The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. All prices on our website are not subject to VAT and do not include delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Payment Methods We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Visa Electron. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit/debit card has been received. Please note that the transaction will appear on your statement as "Nochex" rather than Natural Art Conservation. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared, which is normally 3-5 working days. Please make cheques payable to Natural Art Conservation.
Availability of Goods All goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.
Delivery Charges All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.
Delivery in the UK: There is a standard charge of £4.95 for all orders. For orders over 10kgs the standard charge increases to £9.95. Orders over £150 are free of charge.
Standard Delivery Times Delivery of in stock products will normally be made within 3-5 working days from clearance of payment to mainland UK. Any dates we specify for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Guarantees We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our gifts and jewellery come with a 14 day money back guarantee. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse.
Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days after the day in which you have received your order. Please inform us of cancellations by fax or by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it stating "order cancellation" as the subject. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full; this does not include any return shipping costs that you incur.
Returns Policy Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement or full refund including postage and packaging for all on-line website purchases. Gifts and jewellery returns are accepted within a period of 14 days after receipt providing the consumer takes "reasonable care" of the goods and packaging prior to any return. Postage and packaging for unwanted items is at the consumers' expense. Within 24 hours of return of unwanted goods, we will refund your payment less postage and packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
