Colours

Nature the artist.  At the heart of design lies the concept of balance - harmony and symmetry.

Successful artists and designers ensure that they blend multiple colours in the most effective way by balancing the colour equilibrium.  They may not be aware that what they are doing is reflecting what Nature does naturally.

They are creating different colour sequences and schemes whilst preserving "distance".  This means they are allowing the colours to retain their individual identities within the colour design which is a pure science in its own right called isometrics.

The spiral structure of an ammonite gives rise to naturally occurring swirls of colour.  These are isometric combinations with individual harmonious colour schemes that present a smooth blending of light, contrast and distinction created by Nature over millions of years.
